摘要
基于全过程工程造价管理思想,对岩土结构及工程的现场条件、运输条件、弃土条件、环境条件、管理条件、结算条件、资源条件等方面的影响因素与工程造价的关系进行系统分析,提出大型土石方工程的造价计算与成本控制模型。工程实例分析表明,此计算模型具有较强的可操作性,有助于快速确定和有效控制大型土石方工程的工程造价。
Analyzed the geotechnical engineering conditions, transport conditions, spoil conditions, environmental conditions, management conditions, closing conditions, resource conditions, and other factors that influence the engi- neering cost. The model of cost calculation and cost control for large-scale earthwork was proposed based on the think- ing of entire process for project cost management. Engineering examples show that the calculated model is a strong op- erational, and it will help to quickly determine and effectively control the cost of a large earthwork project.
