摘要
温度对美洲斑潜蝇各虫态历期有显著的影响 ,在 17~ 35℃温度范围内 ,发育速率与温度的关系呈Logistic曲线关系。湿度对美洲斑潜蝇的发育历期无明显的影响。卵、幼虫、蛹和世代的发育起点温度分别为 10 .0 4、9.70、10 .2 0、9.76℃ ,有效积温分别为 6 5.2 6、80 .70、14 7.96、2 98.33℃。美洲斑潜蝇存活的最适温度和空气相对湿度分别为 2 0~ 31℃和 80 %~ 92 %。在35℃温度下 ,成虫繁殖力极低 ;10 0 %相对湿度下 。
The experiment showed that the temperature was significant influence on the life cycle of Li riomyza sativae Blanchard,but the humidity was not. The relationship between the development rate and the temperature accorded with logistic curve. The developmental zero temperatures of eggs,larvae,pupae and the whole generation were 10.01,9.7,10.2 and 9.76℃ with the effective accumulated temperatures were 65.26,80.7,147.96 and 298.33℃,respectively. The most suitable temperature and humidity for survival of L.sativae were 20-30℃ and 80%-92% RH. Adult’s fecundity was lowest at 35℃ and the adults can’t oviposit under 100% RH.
