摘要
文章剖析现阶段家庭医生制度在分级诊疗、医保支付、信息共享、医疗安全防范、全科医生培训、居民健康理念等方面存在的问题,提出下阶段建立各部门协同推进的工作机制,完善医保引导签约的首诊支付方式,加快全科医学的发展,完善家庭医生岗位绩效激励机制与监督机制,建立区域转诊平台和内部转诊通道,发挥信息系统支撑作用,充分依托社区各类资源。
This paper analyzed the problems of present family doctor system from the aspects of graded diagnosis and treatment,medical insurance,information sharing,training of general practitioners,and health awareness,put forward some countermeasures including setting up the work mechanism of cooperation among departments,perfecting signed payment of first diagnosis directed by medical insurance,speeding up the development of general family medicine,improving the incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism of job performance of family doctors,establishing a regional referral platform and internal referral information system,putting information system into full play and fully relying on community resources.
