厚壁筒体的超声检测

摘要 针对壁厚外径比大于0.2的环形及管状产品的轴向缺陷进行接触法横波检测,采用特殊变形横波法实施检测,在保证纯横波以45°折射角扫查并满足信噪比和检测灵敏度的前提下,使被检产品的整个壁厚得到有效而可靠的检测。 The ultrasonic shear wave technique with contact method for the detection of longitudinal imperfection in ring and pipe type products of wall thickness/outer diameter ratio being over 0. 2 was tested. Special transformed shear wave method was used during testing. In the premise that the product was scanned by pure shear wave with 45°angle of refraction and signal/noise ratio and test sensitivity were insured, the whole wall of product was inspected effectively and reliably.
