摘要
针对炼钢厂3#连铸机钢包回转台最近一年来启动电流明显增大等故障现象,通过对回转支承实施在线状态检测,结合日常维护情况进行综合分析,明确回转台回转支承的存在问题,最后实施更换处理,消除了重大设备隐患.
Aiming at the obvious increase of starting current of lable turret in 3＂ continuous caster in the steelmaking plant in the recent year, through implementing the on-line state detection for slewing bear- ing, combined with daily maintenance status, the comprehensive analysis, was carried out, the problems existing in the slewing bearing of turret were made clear, and the replacement treatment was implemented, so the great equipment hidden-trouble was eliminated at last.
