摘要
激光热疗中 ,激光与生物组织相互作用研究主要包含两方面 :光子在生物组织中的迁移规律 ,以及光生热在生物组织中的传导。对前者的描述主要为 ,基于传输理论的解析法和 Monte~ Carlo模拟 ,生物组织中光子迁移规律的研究能定量描述组织中的光分布 ,并进一步获得生物组织中的热分布 ;考虑到了生物组织特性 ,所建立的宏观及微观生物传热模型 ,全面描述了生物组织中温度场分布及变化规律。光子迁移与生物传热理论是研究激光热疗不可分割的两部分 ,文中将两者结合起来 ,对激光与生物组织相互作用中的光热理论进行了全面论述。
During laser-induced interstitial thermotherapy,the laser-tissue interaction includes two aspects:Photon migration in tissue and bioheat transfer.With theory of photon migration,distrbution of photon and energy in tissue could be calculated.Both analytical method and Monte~Carlo simulation are discussed based on diffusion theory.Temperature distribution and changes in tissue could be described with bioheat transfer models.Consider the biological tissue properties,various macro and micro bioheat transfer models are discussed.It is not practicable to separate photon migration and heat transportation during laser-induced interstitial thermotherapy.After combining these two aspects,theories on photo migration and heat transfer of laser-tissue interation were thoroughly discussed in this paper.
