摘要
目的：观察综合康复治疗对锁骨骨折内固定术后肩关节功能障碍的影响。方法：将50例锁骨骨折术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例，对照组采用传统康复疗法，治疗组采用综合康复疗法，对比两组效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为100％，明显高于对照组的84％（P〈0．01）。结论：综合康复治疗锁骨骨折内固定术后肩的关节功能障碍效果显著。
Objective： To observe the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on shoulder joint dysfunction after clavicular fracture internal fixation. Methods： 50 cases of clavicular fracture in our department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 25 cases, control group adopting traditional rehabilitation therapy, treatment group with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%, significantly higher than that of control group by 84% （P〈0.01）. Con elusion： Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on shoulder ioint dysfunction after clavicular fracture internal fixation is of significant effects.
