摘要
目的：探讨临床护理路径在小切口胆囊切除术患者中的应用及疗效。方法：选取118例胆囊切除患者随机分为观察组（护理路径方式）和对照组（传统诊断治疗护理模式），分析两组实验得出的结果。结果：观察组各方面均优于对照组，患者及其家属的满意度达96．6％。结论：护理路径模式，临床效果显著，能减轻医护人员的工作负担，提高效率，具有临床推广价值。
Objective： To explore the application and effect of using clinic nursing path in patients with small incision cholecystecto my. Methods： 118 patients were randomly divided into observation group （nursing pathway） and control group （traditional diagnosis treatment and nursing mode）, analysis of the two set of results. Results： The observation group were better than the control group in every way, patient and family satisfaction reached 96.6%. Conclusion： The clinical effect of nursing path pattern is significant, can reduce the workload of medical staff and improve efficiency, which has clinical value.
