摘要
目的：探讨已婚妇女常见妇科病病种及，陆床特点。方法：对7436例已婚妇女进行常规健康体检及辅助妇科检查，记录并分析其普查结果。结果：患有妇科疾病844例，患病率为11．4％，其中乳腺增生429例、宫颈炎232例、阴道炎117例、子宫肌瘤66例，其中以20～45岁为各种疾病高发期。结论：对已婚妇女定期进行常规体检可降低患病率，尽早发现，及时治疗。
Objective： To investigate the disease entities and clinical features of common gynecological diseases of married women. Methods： Routine physical examination and ancillary gynecological examination were developed in 7436 cases of married women, then recorded and analyzed their census results. Results： 844 cases had got gynecological diseases, the prevalence rate was 11.4%,which included 429 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia, 232 cases of cervicitis, 117 cases of vaginitis and 66 cases of uterine fi broids. Among them, the age of 20-45 was the period of high incidence of various diseases. Conclusion： Regular routine physical ex-amination for married women can reduce the prevalence and help women receive timely treatment by early detection.
