摘要
正筋、正宗穴为董氏奇穴常用于治疗颈项筋痛及扭转不灵之组穴。颈项筋痛及扭转不灵之症多见于中医学“颈痹”，临床证明针剌正筋、正宗两穴治疗颈痹效果卓绝，为传统常用经穴及奇穴之所不能及。但临床发现，针刺正筋、正宗治疗对于绝大部分颈痹患者疗效显著，甚至有立竿见影之功，而对于少部分患者则起效较慢，疗效相对不如人意，甚至对极少数颈痹患者竞无寸效之功。本文从正筋、正宗穴与十二经穴关系；正筋、正宗穴与足躯逆对；正筋、正宗穴与经筋理论的关系等方面探讨正筋、正宗穴治疗颈痹的内在机理，以指导两穴在治疗“颈痹”的临床应用。
Zhengjin acupoint and Zhengzong acupoint are Dong＇s magic acupoints, which commonly used in the treatment of neck muscle pain and twisting ineffective. The disease of the treatment of neck muscle pain and twisting ineffective is more common in Chinese neck paralysis. Clinical evidence that the treatment effect of acupuncture on Zhengjin acupoint and Zhengzong acupoint in neck paralysis is significant, which is for the vast majority of patients while the small is slow. The relative efficacy unsatisfactory, even the very small number of patients with neck paralysis invalid. To guide clinical applications and explore the internal mecha-nism of the treatment of Zhengjin acupoint and Zhengzong acupoint in neck paralysis, from the relationship of 12 acupoints and Zuqunidui and tendon theory with Zheniin acuooint and Zhengzong acupoint.
