摘要
目的：探讨小儿脑瘫患者的家庭康复训练方法及效果，为临床治疗小儿脑瘫患者提供一定指导。方法：将80例脑瘫患儿随机分成观察组和对照组，观察组进行家庭康复训练指导，对照组未进行家庭康复训练指导，观察两组康复效果以及发育商（DQ）和智力指数（MI）。结果：观察组总有效率为85．0％，对照组为50．0％，观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组在发育商（DQ）和智力指数（MI）上均明显高于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：家庭康复训练方法包括头部和肢体训练、语言训练、心理疗法等，是一种简单有效的训练方法，对小儿脑瘫患者的康复效果显著，值得大力推广。
Objective： To investigate the methods and effect of family rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy, provid ing some guidance for clinical treatment of pediatric patients with cerebral palsy. Methods： 80 cases of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group received guidance of family rehabilitation training, while control group didn＇ t, rehabilitation effect of two groups and developmental quotient （DQ） and intelligence quotient （MI） needed to be observed. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 85%, which was significantly higher than that of the con trol group of 50% （P〈0.05）; the developmental quotient （DQ） and mental index （MI）of the observation group were significantly bet ter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Family rehabilitation training methods including head and limbs training, language training, psychological therapy and so on are simple and valid, they are significantly effective on rehabilitation of pediatric patients with cerebral palsy and worthy of promotion.
