腹腔镜改良IPOM法治疗腹股沟疝39例 被引量：2

摘要 探讨改良腹腔镜补片植入术（IPOM）的临床效果。采用腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术加补片植入术治疗腹股沟疝39例，植入补片采用钉合法与锁边缝合法相结合。39例均在腹腔镜下完成，手术时间为31～63min，平均41±7min，无血管损伤、无顽固t性疼痛、无感染和排异反应。术后随访3～12个月，未见复发。腹腔镜改良型IPOM法操作简便，手术时间短，恢复快，效果良好，适合临床开展。
