摘要
主动脉瓣病变患儿的治疗，采用机械瓣膜置换术操作简单，但是抗凝不足或者抗凝过量均具危险；而且患儿需要置人物具有生长的潜能以避免多次手术，机械瓣膜显然无法满足需求。现总结我中心2002年8月至2008年10月采用Ross手术治疗15例主动脉病变患儿的结果及围术期处理情况，报道如下。
