摘要
通过对液压缸缸体废品原因的分析,制定了锻造工艺方案,设计了锻件和模具。通过试验验证了锻造加工的合理性。采用所述的加工工艺,大大减少了液压缸缸体的废品,避免了应力腐蚀;减少了加工切屑量了和节省机加工工时。
Through the analysis of the reasons for hydraulic cylinder body wastes, the forging technology was drafted and the forging and die were designed. The rationality of forging processing was verified through test. The hydraulic cylinder body wastes were greatly reduced by using the related processing technology, which avoided the stress corrosion. The scrap rates of processing were reduced and machining man-hours were saved.
