摘要
探讨不同生理状态及激素量对小鼠超数排卵后取胚效果及后续胚胎发育的影响。结果发现,不同生理状态:①超排效果,发情间期(29.52枚/只)与发情期(29.12枚/只)超排结果差异不显著(P>0.05);②胚胎发育,发情间期组所得分裂率和囊胚率(81.99%,58.54%)略高于发情期(81.18%,57.83%),但差异不显著(P>0.05)。不同激素量:①超排效果,5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG注射组略高于10 IU PMSG+10 IU HCG,但差异不显著(P>0.05);②胚胎发育效果,两种激素注射方式差异不显著(P>0.05),2试验组分裂率所得效果相近;5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG注射组(68.08%)囊胚率高于10 IU PMSG+10 IU HCG注射组(53.33%)。结论:在发情间期,采用5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG的激素量进行超排,所得超排及后续胚胎发育效果较好。
The aim was to discuss the influence of different physiological states and hormone doses for the superevulation and subsequent em- bryonic development in mice. Results: the different physiological states: (i)the superovulation effect, dicestms group (29.52 pieces/only) and estrus group ( 29.12 pieces/only ) was no sii6cent difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; (ii) The subsequent embryonic development, dioestms group cleavage rate and the b|astoeyst rate ( 8 I. 99 %, 58.54 % ) was slightly higher than estrus. Different hmmone doses: (i) the super- ovulation effects, 5 IU PMSG + 5 IU HCG group (24.89 pieces/only ) was slightly higher than 10 IU PMSG + 10 IU HCG group, but no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; (ii) The embryonie development, on the cleavage rate, two groups ~~ hormone injections were similar effect; On the blastocyst rate, 5 IU PMSG + 5 IU HCG injection group (68.08 % ) was higher than that of 10 IU PMSG + 10 IU HCG group (53.33 % ). Conclusion: in dioesh'ns, using5 IU PMSG + 5 IU HCG hormone, the supemvulation and the subsequent embryonic development were hotter.
