摘要
将24只家兔随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,3个试验组分别按照每千克体重5、10、20 g的剂量饲喂小花棘豆,至家兔出现死亡为止。试验前和试验期间每7 d取血,检测家兔血常规指标的变化。结果显示,经过70 d的试验,与正常对照相比,试验组家兔血液中嗜酸性粒细胞数(EOS)、嗜碱性粒细胞数(BASO)、红细胞数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血小板数量(PLT)、大型血小板比率(P-LCR)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)含量显著下降;白细胞数(WBC)、淋巴细胞数(LYM)和嗜中性粒细胞数(NEU)在试验初期升高,随后又恢复到试验前状态;单核细胞数(MONO)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞体积分布(RDW)和血小板平均分布宽度(PDW)与对照差异不显著(P﹥0.05)。结果表明,小花棘豆中毒对家兔血常规指标有显著影响,可引起家兔贫血及机体免疫力下降。
24 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups （the control group and experimental group l , I1 , 11I ） to investigate the effects of Oxytropis glabra DC on blood prescriptions of rabbits, of which experimental groups were fad with daily contents of O. glabra DC at 5,10 and 20 g/（ kg. d） until typical symptoms were observed. Pre-and post test, the blood proscription indexes of each group were measured at inter- vals of 7 days, respectively. The results showed that 70 d after treating, the contents of EOS, BASO, RBC, HCT, HGB, MCHC, PLT, P- LCR, MPV and IKN in experimental groups were significantly lower than that in normal control group; the contents of WBC, LYM and NEU in experimental groups were heightened in the early days, then retumad in anaphasc period; The contents of MONO, MCV, MCH, RDW and PDW in experimental groups were not significantly different with that in normal control group, the results indicatad that O. glabra DC poisoning had remarkable effects on blood prescription indexes of rabbits, which probably cause damages to the anemia and immunity descent of rabbits.
