纳米TiO_2表面改性以及增韧聚苯乙烯的研究

摘要 实验采用钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米TiO2进行了表面改性,通过熔融共混法制备聚苯乙烯/TiO2纳米复合材料,借助FTIR、DTA-TG等手段分析了纳米TiO2的改性效果。实验表明,纳米TiO2的加入提高了PS/TiO2纳米复合材料的冲击强度,改性后纳米TiO2的增韧效果更好。 Nano-TiO2 was surface treated with a liquid titanate coupling agent. The melt-blending process was discussed with a torque rheometer. Some of the properties of nano-TiO2 and TiO2/polystyrene (PS) nanocomposites were characterized using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and differential thermal and gravimetric analysis (DTA-TG). The results showed that the methodology of the nanocomposite was obviously changed after filling the treated or untreated nano-TiO2, and the unnotched impact strengths of the nanocomposites were increased with nano-TiO2 content. Surface treatment of nano-TiO2 generally yielded nanocomposites of higher impact strength than untreated system.
