摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,档案信息资源的重要作用正逐步被社会所认识。对档案馆工作人员来说,其服务的主要对象是至档案馆现场进行查、调档的公众利用者。本文主要研究分析了RFID技术与档案信息现场服务相结合,充分利用电子标签快速扫描、批量识别的技术优势,形成流程化人性化现代化的服务模式,提升用户体验,提高服务效率。
With the rapid development of information technology, the important function of archives information resources is gradually recognized by the society. On the archives staff, the main work is to service archives public use. This paper studies of the combination of the RFID technique and the archives information service, make full use of the electronic label＇s advantage such as fast scanning, batch identification, forming process of humanization of modern service mode, enhance the user experience, improve the service efficiency.
