摘要
在气田开发后期,气井产能下降,生产异常情况增加。以文23气田为例,针对气田开发后期存在的稳产难度大、气井结盐等问题,通过管理创新,建立和完善了气井动态分析制度、"一井一策"制度、"四四三"管理制度、动态配产制度、千方气波动汇报制度和特殊时段管理制度,提高了气田开发后期生产与管理水平。
In the later of field development,gas production declines and producing abnormal increases.In allusion to stable production is difficult,salt deposition of gas wells and other issues in the later of field development,the paper takes Wen 23 Gas Field for example,makes management innovation,establishes and improves the dynamic analysis system of gas well,'one well with one policy' system,'four-forty-three' managing system,dynamic production allocation system,thousands of cube gas wave reporting system and special session management system to improve later production and management level of the gas field development.
