摘要
以南京师范大学紫金工科图书馆大学生志愿者为对象,深入分析了紫金工科图书馆引入大学生志愿者服务的意义及存在的问题,并结合本馆实际情况提出适合紫金工科图书馆的大学生志愿者服务的改进建议,以期充分发挥大学生志愿者在图书馆的作用。
Taking the college student volunteers in Zijin Engineering Library, Nanjing Normal University as the research object,the significance and problems of the volunteer service in library are analysed in this paper. Furthermore,combined with the actual situation in Zijin Engineering Library,some improvement suggestions for the college volunteers are given to ~lly play their role in the library.
