摘要
文章以北京、上海、广州、西安和深圳等市民航企业的一线员工为研究对象,建构并验证了以工作内嵌入为中介变量的组织支持感受对工作绩效影响的模型。所有实证研究数据来源于民航企业一线工作人员及其直接上级主管。研究结果表明,工作内嵌入在组织支持感受对工作绩效的影响上起中介作用。文章最后讨论了研究结果对于企业人力资源管理实践的应用意义以及未来相关研究展望。
Taking the aviation industry frontline employees in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Xi'an and Shenzhen as a sample,this study developed and tested a research model that investigates the mediating role of on-the-job embeddedness in the relationship between perceived organizational support and job performance.Data for this empirical investigation were obtained from full-time aviation industry frontline employees and their immediate supervisors.The results indicate that on-the-job embeddness immediates the impact of perceived organizational support on job performance.Implications of the results were discussed and future research directions were offered in the end of the paper.
