摘要
本文引入软测量技术 ,成功地开发了基于电热连续结晶机槽内温度梯度 ,来实现槽内物料组分的测量。此软测量仪具有良好的人机界面并具有一定的智能 ,可根据温度或组分的实际分布与理想分布之差异 ,给出操作策略 。
This paper has successfully developed a intelligentized software measuring instrument of the material components in electrorefining successive crystallization machine by its temperature grades The instrument has a good man machine interface and some intelligence,which can show operation strategy to guide workers according to errors between real and ideal temperature grades and components
