摘要
针对钨合金应力弛豫现象,在不同载荷作用下,对质量分数93%钨合金的应力进行测量,分析了其应力随时间变化的规律。实验结果表明:当载荷作用时间少于22 h,钨合金应力随时间下降,并在200 MPa处应力随时间变化率出现极大值,此时发生剪切屈服;当载荷时间高于22 h,钨合金应力变化趋于稳定,初步确定粘结相屈服强度范围为340~490 MPa,这一现象本质为钨合金特殊的相结构和滞弹性变形。
The stress variation of 93 % ut tungsten alloy was analyzed with different applied forces for stress relaxation. The experimental results show that when the standing time of applied force is less than 22 hours, the stresses decrease with time. When the applied force is 200 MPa, the stress rate reaches the maximum with shear yielding. When the standing time of applied force exceeds 22 hours, the stresses tend to be steady. The yield stress of binding phase is 340-463 MPa in primary resulting from the special structure of tungsten alloy and inelastic distortion.
