摘要
目的：了解实施优质护理对住院患者满意度调查的影响。方法：每月对护理服务满意度进行调查，对2011年1月～2011年6月实施优质护理前430例住院患者与2011年7月～2011年12月实施优质护理后的530例患者进行满意度情况的比较与分析。结果：实施优质护理后患者满意度明显提高（P〈0．01）。结论：实施优质护理能显著提高护理质量，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective： To realize the influence about implementing the high quality nursing to the patients＇ satisfaction. Methods： Conducted a survey of nursing service satisfaction every month, before implementing the high quality nursing from January 2011 to June 2011, 430 inpatients were compared and analyzed the patient satisfaction to 530 inpatients who implementing the high quality nursing from July 2011 to December 2011. Results： Patient satisfaction improved obviously after the implementation of high quality nursing （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Implement high quality nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing, and it also can improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work.
