摘要
给出了基于电子秤的一种水平度自补偿的设计方案,利用三轴加速度传感器MMA7455测得系统水平工作面的倾斜角度,通过A/D0809转换以及51单片机处理等模块对称重数值进行处理,使称重系统在轻度倾斜的工作面上依然能够得到较为准确的数值。测试结果表明,设计能够满足系统要求。
The paper describes a design scheme of levelness self-compensating based on scale weight system. It measures the tilt angle with three axis acceleration sensors MMA7455, and deals with the data with A/D0809 conversion and 51 single chip micro processor and modules to get appropriate compensation of weighing results, and to get more accurate values in mild inclined working face. According to the experimental result, this design meets the system requirements.
