摘要
目前,哈尔滨市各县(市)不断加强园区基础设施建设,初步形成了产业园区块状分布新格局,工业化成为增强县域经济发展活力、拉动哈尔滨市经济发展的重要引擎。但在县域经济发展过程中仍存在工业发展不平衡、特色产业相对较少、基础设施落后、政策落实不到位、生产要素资源紧张等问题,应充分发挥县域区位及资源优势,做强优势特色产业,优化县域工业发展环境,加大金融服务支持力度,多级共建形成合力,促进哈尔滨市县域工业发展。
At present,the counties and cities of Harbin are strengthening infrastructure construction industrial zone and the block distribution pattern has been forming.Industrialization has become an important engine for enhance the vitality of development,county economy to promote economic development in Harbin.But,in the process of county economy development still exist problems,in the industrial development unbalanced,characteristics of the industry relatively small,backward infrastructure,the implementation of the policy not in place and the factors of production resources short supply.We should give full play to the advantage of location and resources,dominanting industry,optimizing the county industrial development environment,strengthening financial service support,promoting the development of county industry in Harbin.
