软碎厚泥岩顶板巷道短锚索强力支护技术 被引量:5

Powerful Supporting Technology of Short Anchored Cable for Roadway with Soft,Cracked and Thick Mudstone Roof

摘要 针对平定裕泰煤业15101综放工作面回风巷道围岩大变形、反复破坏的控制难题,在总结类似矿区相关巷道支护经验基础上,分析得出回采巷道具有大埋深、大断面、强烈动压影响等特征,并结合现场地质生产条件,提出采用21.6mm,L=5.25m的高强度大直径高预应力短锚索进行顶板全锚索支护的控制方案,并在现场应用。实践表明:采用该支护方案后26d左右,回风巷道变形趋于平稳,顶板下沉量不超过176mm,底鼓量不超过110mm,左帮最大移近量87mm,右帮最大移近量为95mm,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,且巷道服务期间未扩刷整修,技术经济效益显著,可为类似巷道围岩控制提供技术支撑。 In order to solve difficult problem of supporting large-deformation and repeatedly-broken air-return roadway of 15101 Mining Face in Pingding Yutai Coal Company, on the basis of summing up experience of roadway supporting, a supporting projection of whole short anchored cable with high strength, high pre-stress and large diameter was put forward. Practice showed that after applying this method 26 days later, deformation of air-return roadway came to stable. Roof subsidence value was not than 176mm, floor heave value was not than 110mm, left and fight side' s maximum deformation value were respectively 87mm and 95mm. Roadway deformation was controlled effectively. Good technical and economic profit was made.
