摘要
本文对硬质合金刀片的磨损性能进行了实验研究。在实验中 ,分别对常规磨削和经精磨后的数控刀片在切削加工中的磨损情况进行了对比。实验证明 :在同样切削参数条件下 ,利用精磨后的数控刀片进行切削加工 ,不仅提高了加工精度 ,而且降低了刀片的磨损速度 ,延长了刀片的使用寿命 ,从而节省了刀片的购置费用。
A research on experiments of cutting performance of Cemented Carbide tool is introduced in this paper. Wear speed were contrasted for two kinds of NC tools to conventional and fine ground respectively. The experiments show that NC tool of fine ground was used in cutting process, it was not only increased machining precision and reduced wear speed, but also prolonged life of tool,and then saved cost of buy tool.
