摘要
针对某核电站安全注入箱安装时出现的问题,即裙座螺栓孔与浇注好的地脚螺栓位置差异,经检测现场的安注箱裙座螺栓孔位置度要求超出图纸的要求.查找原因,从裙座底板的加工、裙座组件的焊接等入手分析.裙座底板采用立车加工内外圆,螺栓孔采用数控钻床加工,机加后的尺寸符合图纸要求.制作检具,测量裙座螺栓孔住,检查后得出裙座底板的各螺栓孔中心与螺栓套筒同轴度符合图纸要求.通过分析,报告提出了加工中应注意的问题。为此类产品的加工提供借鉴.
Aiming at some problems occurring in the fix of safety injection box in a nuclear power station, which is the position difference between the skirt bolt hole and the cast good anchor bolt, this article examines that the skirt bolt hole position of on - site safety injection box is beyond the designing drawing.
