摘要
以福建水利电力职业技术学院水土保持专业为研究对象,根据人才培养目标和就业方向,分析现今人才培养模式存在的主要问题,并结合办学特点,提出专业人才培养模式的实施方案。
Studying on water conservation major of Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Pow- er, according to the training goal and employment orientation, the mainly existing problems about profes- sional training mode with sponsoring feature of the college is analyzed and the implement program is raised.
