摘要
结合北京师范大学生物学本科生科研创新实验室建设和运行的实际情况,从培养本科生物创新人才的角度出发,分别就创新实验室管理模式、创新实验室建设、创新人才培养等方面探讨了创新实验室在培养本科专业创新型人才中的作用。
Combined with the actual situation of biology undergraduate research and innovation lab construction and operation in Beijing normal university, and based on the creative talents cultivation for biology undergraduate students, we investigate the construction and management model of innovation lab, and the innovation talent training. In this paper, the role and importance of the innovation talents training for undergraduate students are discussed and evaluated.
