摘要
目的 :评价临床合并使用胸腺肽注射液与促肝细胞生长素对血压的影响。方法 :分别取等含量的两种药品各 5 0 ,10 0和 15 0mg配成 2 5 0ml的溶液 3种 ,对猫进行降压实验。 结果 :3种混合液随着溶液浓度提高对血压影响越大 ,胸腺肽注射液与促肝细胞生长素各 15 0mg配成的溶液降压物质检查不符合规定。 结论 :建立临床合并使用胸腺肽注射液与促肝细胞生长素时 ,如将两药配伍在一起使用 ,两药总量在 2 5 0ml中不得超过 2 0 0mg或两药各以 2 0 0mg·(2 5 0ml) -1的溶液分步静滴 ,避免大剂量配伍在一起。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of thymosin injection and pHGF to blood pressure.METHODS:Equal quantity of 50,100,150mg of thymosin and pHGF was taken to prepare three 250ml solutions separately for cat blood pressure testing.RESULTS:The effect of the concentrate mixture to cat blood pressure was obvious.Test of lowering blood pressure in the solution of each 150mg.Thymosin and pHGF did not meet the requirement of China Pharmacopecia.CONCLUSIONS:It is suggested that the total amount of the two drugs shall not be more than 200mg in 250ml,or each of them can be used one by one under 200mg·(250ml) -1 ·(60kg) -1 ·d -1 .
