摘要
微型转子片产量一般较大,对内外形同轴度精度要求较高,常用复合模或级进模生产。本文对两种加工方法作了分析比较,针对具体制件选择了用级进模的理由,并在模具结构方面大胆采用薄板凹模,获得了成功;固定方法与常规模具也不同,都作了相应介绍,供参考和借鉴。
The micro rotor generally larger output, internal shape alignment accuracy is higher, the commonly used compound die or progressive die production.
