摘要
为了提高高校实验室管理水平,培养作物学相关专业大学生创新能力,文章在分析高等农业院校实验室管理现状基础上,探索了应用于作物学大学生创新能力培养的实验室管理措施,即加强实验室基础条件建设、加强实验室开放管理、重视实践教学队伍建设、改革实践教学模式、增加激励措施等活动。
In order to improve the innovation ability of Crop Science majors,and strengthen the level of university laboratory management, this paper explores the laboratory management measures applied to the cultivation of the students with innovative ability by analyzing the labo- ratory management status of agricultural colleges, which are supposed to strengthen the basic condition construction of laboratory, improve the laboratory opening management, emphasis on practice teaching team construction, reform practice teaching mode, and improve incentive reward, etc.
