摘要
瞬时表达是近年来发展的一种快速、高效的检测蛋白质表达的方法,并逐渐被应用到生物学各方面的研究中。植物细胞瞬时表达系统的建立为方便、快捷的研究启动子活性、基因功能和蛋白质定位等开辟了新途径。本研究主要归纳了植物瞬时表达系统的建立和发展过程,总结了近年来的应用以及对生物学研究的意义,并指出了该系统在当前应用中存在的不足,并针对这些不足提出了合理的建议。最后,结合最新的研究进展,对瞬时表达系统在分子细胞生物学、蛋白质组学、病毒学等方面的研究工作做了展望。
Transient expression system was a quick and efficient method to detect foreigner proteins expression in plant cell during recent years. This method had been gradually applied to various biological studies. Plant cell transient expression system had been as a new way to convenient and efficient studying promoter activity, gene functions and proteins localization in cell. This study concluded processes of how to establish and develop the plant transient expression system, and summarized applications and biological significance of this system according to recent years' research. Meanwhile it also denoted some deficiencies which still existed in the system. Base on these deficiencies, some reasonable recommendations were provided. At the end, it prospected applications of transient expression system on molecular cell biology, proteomics and virology.
