摘要 结合一台300MW燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组油改气的改造,介绍了燃气轮机排气中NOx的来源和几种低氮燃烧技术,介绍了DLN1.0系统的原理、结构、燃烧模式和控制策略,并对调试中遇到的模式切换故障、模式切换时机组振动大及负荷晃动大的原因进行分析及处理。改造结果表明:燃气轮机NOx排放质量分数小于1.0×10-5,符合环保要求。 Combing with the oil-to-gas retrofit for a 300 MW gas-steam combined cycle unit, an introduction is being presented to the source of NO/ in the exhaust gas of turbine, and to several low- nitrogen combustion technologies, including the principle, structure, combustion mode and control strategy of its DLN1.0 system. Moreover, causes leading to mode switching faults in unit commissioning, large unit vibration and load wobbling in the mode switching were analyzed and treated. Retrofit results show that the mass fraction of NOx emission from the gas turbine is less than 1.0×10-5, which meets relevant environmental requirements.
