摘要
离子镀是在真空状态下完成的工艺操作,对环境没有污染,是代替污染严重的电镀技术的主要出路之一。离子镀膜层厚度及应用可分为:离子镀装饰薄膜及离子镀功能厚膜。离子镀装饰薄膜主要用在提高工件装饰性和抗大气腐蚀,膜层δ一般<5μm。离子镀功能厚膜主要用在提高工件耐磨性和耐蚀性,膜层δ为40μm以上,离子镀铬合金厚膜代替电镀硬铬工艺的研发,取得满意成果,已投入工业生产。
The main alternative to heavily polluting electroplating is ion plating technology,which is con- ducted in vacuum and is environmentally friendly. According the film thickness and application, ion plat- ing can be classified into decorative thin films and functional thick coatings. The decorative thin films with the film thickness less than 5 I^m are developed for enhancing the decorative properties and atmosphere corrosion resistance of products. The funcational thick coatings with the coating thickness larger than 40 μm are prepared for improving the wear and corrosion resistance of products. Ion plated Cr alloy coat- ing has been successfully deveolped and applied in the industrial production as the substitution of hard Cr eletroplating.
