摘要
"顶岗实习、置换培训"项目是师范院校与地方教育部门的双赢合作模式之一。以商丘师范学院实施"顶岗实习、置换培训"项目为例,指出了实施该项目的意义,总结了实施该项目的质量监控方面的经验,并对进一步加强该项目的质量监控提出建议。
The project of ＂student internship and replacement training＂ has turned out to be a win-win cooperation model about normal universities and local education departments.Taking Shangqui Normal University as the example shows the significance for the project and some experience has been shared in the course of implementing quality monitoring.Besides,certain suggestions have also been put forward on it.
