摘要
抚谕使是设立于南宋建炎元年的临时差遣。靖康之难后,金军撤退,京城人心未定,抚谕使最初的职责是安抚京城官员和百姓。但之后,随着时间及实际需要,其职责范围逐渐扩大,在军事、监察等方面都有所表现。同时,抚谕使并非随意授予,是经过皇帝与百官遴选出来的,对担任抚谕使的人有一定的官阶要求。
The Fu Yu Shi a temporary appointment was established in the first year of the Jian Yan in Southern Song Dynasty, After Jingkang calamity, Jin Army retreated, the capital people felt panic, the initial duties of Fu yu Shi appease capital officials and the people. But then, over time and the actual needs, the scope of its responsibilities gradually expanded to have the performance in the military, monitor and so on. At the same time, the Fu Yu Shi is not free to grant. It was selected out by King and officials. There was the rank requirements to the one who want to be Fu Yu Shi
