摘要
我国西部民族地区属于欠发达地区,人才开发管理处于初步发展阶段,尤其是创新型人才。因此,对西部民族地区企业创新型人才的培育和保持进行研究有着重要的意义。西部民族地区在国家政策支持下,仍面临着创新型人才培育的文化基础薄弱,培育条件不足和培育方式不明确,创新型人才闲置和流失,缺乏激励机制等问题,针对这些问题提出了增加教育投入、提高整体文化素质、训练创新思维、培养创新能力、采用创新管理模式等应对策略。
The economy in China' s western ethnic region is less developed, and the development and management for human resources is still in an early stage. Therefore, it is important to study the innovative talents' cultivation and main- tenanee. Western ethnic regions still face with some problems, such as culture cultivation, lack of innovative talents and incentive mechanism. The paper proposes to increase education investment, improve the overall cultural quality, cultivate creative thinking, and adopt innovation management strategy
