摘要
为研究预应力CFRP加固混凝土桥梁的受力性能,以阜新市东环路大桥加固工程为背景,应用预应力CFRP对其进行加固。运用ANSYS软件对6组预应力CFRP加固的混凝土桥梁的受力性能进行了数值模拟,得到的荷载一挠度曲线与理论结果吻合较好,验证了有限元模型的准确性,在此模型基础上对预应力CFRP加固混凝土桥的受力性能进行了非线性分析,研究了预应力CFRP加固中预拉力值大小、粘贴层数对被加固桥梁受弯性能的影响。结果表明,预应力CFRP加固桥梁较非预应力CFRP加固桥梁其屈服荷载与极限荷载提高20%~40%,挠度降低25%~55%,混凝土与CFRP之间剥离的应力产生几率大大减小,有效解决了非预应力CFRP加固梁所产生的应力应变滞后的问题。
In order to study the mechanical performance of bridge strengthened CFRP, prestressed CFRP was applied to reinforce Fuxin Donghuanlu bridge. with prestressed The mechanical performance of six bridges strengthened with prestressed CFRP was simulated by ANSYS. The load- deflection curves were in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results, which verified the accuracy of the finite element analysis model. Nonlinear analysis on the mechanical performance of the bridge strengthened with prestressed CFRP was carried out with the finite element model. The influences of pretension and paste layers were investigated. The results indicate that compared with the bridge strengthened with non-prestressed CFRP, the yield load and ultimate load of the bridge strengthened with prestressed CFRP were increased by 20% to 40% , and deflection was reduced by 25% to 55%. The probability of occurrence of peeling stress between CFRP and concrete was great- ly reduced, and the stress hysteresis can be avoided to a certain extent.
