摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,房价的持续走高,保障性住宅在国民经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色。文章通过对保障性住宅小区规划及建筑设计方面的初步探索,提出保障性居住小区应关注人性化,体现经济性,采用紧凑灵活的单体,并且在生态节能方面起到突出作用。
With the rapid development of economy and increase of housing price in China, the residence with low - in- come residents is playing an more and more important role in the national economy. In the paper,it is proposed the residen- tial areas with low income residents should be paid attention to hommization, reflect economy as well as adopt the compact and flexible unit by preliminary exploration on planning and architectural design of them, which also could be effective for ecological energy saving.
