摘要
目的：探讨组合型人工肾对维持性血透患者合并高脂血症的疗效。方法：选取2008年1月~2012年1月我院维持性血透患者合并高脂血症30例,进行血液灌流串联血液透析治疗6个月,观察灌流前后血脂变化。结果：维持性血透合并高脂血症患者30例,经血液灌流治疗6个月后,血脂显著下降,表现为总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）下降,尤TC、TG和LDL-C下降明显。结论：血液灌流可以降低维持性合并高脂血症患者的TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C,改善脂代谢紊乱,降低心血管并发症发生率。
Objective： To explore curative effect of combination artificial kidney to the maintenancehemodialysis patients merger hyperlipidemia. Methods： Selected from January 2008 to January 2012 hemodialysis patients with hyperlipidemia 30 cases. Hemoperfusion series hemodialysis treatment 6 months, Lipid changes was observed before and after perfusion. Results The maintenance hemodialysis merged hyperlipidemia in 30 patients after 6 months of treatment by hemoperfusion, blood lipids significantly decreased, performance for total cholesterol tiC）, triglyceride （TG）, low density lipoprotein （LDL-C）, high-density lipoprotein and white cholesterol （HDL-C） decreased, especially TC, TG and LDL-C de- creased significantly. Conclusions Hemoperfusion can reduce maintenance hemodialysis patients with merge hyperlipidemia TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C, improving lipid metabolism, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular complications.
