摘要
结合水面舰艇指挥员的训练需求，设计了舰载指控系统模拟训练系统（下简称训练系统），以直观的形式把设想的战场环境和作战进程表现出来，并相对客观地提供可能的结局。从而为水面舰艇指挥员提供统一认识、科学决策的平台。分析了训练系统的功能需求，提出了训练系统的设计原则，设计了训练系统的功能结构和运行流程。
Combined with the training demands of the surface ship commanders, a simulation training system of ship-borne command and control system （referred to as the training system） is designed. The assumed battlefield environment and combat process are manifested visually, and the possible outcome is provided objeetively. Such discuss can provide a platform for the surface ship commanders to get unified understandings and to make decisions seientifieally. In this paper, the functional requirements of the training system are analyzed, the design principles of the training sys- tem are advaneed, and the funetional structure and the operation process of the training system are designed.
