摘要
目的建立逍遥丸中挥发性成分气相特征图谱的测定方法。方法样品经挥发油提取,采用气相色谱法测定,对处方中薄荷、白术及当归进行一测多评。结果该方法简便、准确,可较好地用于逍遥丸中薄荷、白术及当归的质量评价。
Objective To establish the determination method of gas phase chromatogram of volatile components from easy pill. Methods Gas chromatography was used to determine Mentha Haplocalyx Herba, Bighead Atractylodes Rhizome and Angelica sinensis after the sample solutions were treated by volatile oil extraction. Results The method was simple and accurate. And this method could be well used to determine volatile components from easy pill.
