摘要
优化ERP出库审批程序,实行2万元以上关键件和事故件的出库领用,由设备部在ERP系统内进行审批。通过加强出库管理以及备件更换和寿命周期管理,有效降低了备件消耗;减少维护成本,提高了经济效益。
It is stated the spare parts management with informatization： optimizing ERP process for delivery from storage, i.e. the delivery of key parts and parts for breakdown, costing over 20 thousand yuans, must be examined and approved by Equipments Department within the ERP system. With strengthening delivery - from- storage management, spare parts substitution and spare parts work- life management, the spare parts consumption is effectively reduced, the maintenance cost lowered, economic profit increased.
