摘要
目的观察健脾柔肝通络中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将70例患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组35例,脱落3例,对照组35例,脱落4例。治疗组服用健脾柔肝通络中药汤剂,日1剂,对照组穴位注射腺苷钴胺,每周3次,两组疗程均为28 d。观察比较两组神经病症状评分量表(NSS)、密西根州糖尿病性周围神经病评分量表(MDNS)、生存质量测定量表(QQL-BREF)变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组及对照组均能改善NSS评分与MDNS评分,对患者的生存质量亦有明显改善,治疗前后经比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较提示治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组。结论健脾柔肝通络中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变确有疗效,可很好地改善患者的临床症状及体征,提高生存质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） treated with JianpiRouganTongluo Formula.Methods Seventy cases were randomized into a treatment group（35 cases,3 of them were dropped）;and a control group（35 cases,4 of them were dropped）.In the treatment group,JianpiRouganTongluoDecoction was applied,one dose a day.In the control group,Cobamamide was used for acupoint injection,three times a week.The duration of treatment was 28 days in the two groups.The results of NSS,MDNS,QQL-BREF and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of NSS and MDNS were all improved in the treatment group and the controlgroup.The survival quality of patients was improved obviously and the difference was significant before and after treatment（P 0.05）.The group comparison indicated that the result in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P 0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion JianpiRouganTongluo Formula achieves the definite efficacy on DPN.It relieves greatly the clinical symptoms and physical signs and improves the survival quality of patients.
