摘要
离子膜电解制碱技术是最先进、最经济的氢氧化钠生产方法,但在生产过程中会副产大量的淡盐水,因此,对淡盐水进行回收利用具有重大意义。主要介绍了离子膜制碱淡盐水的产生及特征,并对几种淡盐水回收利用技术进行综述,最后比较了机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)技术和三效蒸发浓缩技术的生产成本,为MVR技术的发展和应用提供参考依据。
As the most advanced and most economic technology, ionic membrane caustic soda was intensively used for the production of sodium hydroxide. Considering the by - products of depleted brine, it was of great significance to recycle and utilize it. The generation and characteristics of the depleted brine from ionic membrane system were introduced, and several recycling and utilizing technologies were summarized. The production costs of the mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) technology and the triple effect evaporation enrichment technology were compared, which can be as a reference for the development and application of MVR technology.
