摘要
首先在进行各悬置隔振效果的摸底试验,结合结构传递路径分析试验,找到对车内地板振动贡献量比较大的若干路径,并分析贡献量大是由结构(传递函数)引起还是由源(载荷力)引起.然后对载荷力较大的路径进行分析,得到结论:某些路径的贡献量较大是由于悬置减振效果不明显,导致被动侧的载荷力过大.最后,对该悬置提出了优化方案并进行了试验验证.试验结果表明:经优化后,悬置隔振率及车内振动的加速度均有改善.
First,a baseline test was conducted to a passenger vehicle.Combined with structure-borne transfer path analysis test,we can determine the paths which contribute obviously to the interior floor and estimate whether it was caused by structure(FRF) or source(load force).Next,some analysis was made to the paths of greater force.After comprehensive analysis,we could safely come to the conclusion that the mounting’ s paths which had a larger contribution to interior floor vibration was caused by its inconspicuous vibration attenuation effect.Finally,some optimization solutions were proposed and validated.Results showed that,after optimized,the interior floor acceleration peak and RMS in 0-50Hz bandwidth was significantly improved.
