近用电子助视器对盲童近视力康复和阅读能力的影响

摘要 目的:评价近用连续变焦电子助视器对盲校盲童康复的效果。方法:选择26位来自盲校的盲童,其好眼的最佳远矫正视力都低于3.7,利用近用连续变焦电子助视器对盲童的近视力进行康复,测量盲童配戴电子助视器前后的近视力、阅读速度和阅读持续时间。结果:盲童使用近用连续变焦电子助视器前后的近视力、阅读速度、阅读持续时间相比,差别有统计学意义(t=-25.54,P=0.000;t=-17.60,P=0.000;t=-23.53,P=0.000)。结论:近用连续变焦电子助视器对盲童视觉康复很有效,它可以有效地改善盲童的近视力和阅读能力,这对他们进一步接受教育极其重要。 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of near continuous focus electronic low vision aids on rehabilitatior, for the hlind children in blind school. Methods:There were 26 blind children came from blind school whose best corrected visual acuity was less than 3.7. Near continuous focus electronic low vision aids was used to rehabilitate their near visual acuity and compare the near visual acuity, reading speed and reading duration before and after using electronic low vision aids. Results:After using near continuous focus electronic low vision aids, the differences in near visual acuity, reading speed and reading duration were significant(P = 0. 000, t = -25.54;P =0. 000, t = - 17.60;P = 0. 000, t = -23.53 ). Conclusion:Near continuous focus electronic low vision aids is effective on rehabilitation for the blind children, it can improve blind children~ near visual acuity and reading ability, which is important for their further education.
